When hanging the backdrop, always leave one revolution of fabric around the pole while they are down and in use, this helps support the weight and reduces stress on the tape, minimizing the risk of tearing.
To clean marks from the backdrop, use a damp soft sponge or a damp microfiber cloth and gently rub the mark away.
Important: Do not use any chemicals on the professional fabric, as this may cause stains or alter the colour.
Avoid dragging furniture across the backdrop, as this can leave permanent marks; always lift and gently place furniture onto the backdrop instead.
To remove scuffs or marks, gently wipe the surface with a damp sponge or soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the backdrop.

Tumble dry on a low heat or delicate setting and remove promptly to minimize creasing. If air drying, lay flat or hang away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric’s texture and tone.
To remove any wrinkles, use a handheld steamer or gently stretch the fabric while it’s still slightly damp. For best results, wash with similar colours or on its own and avoid overloading the machine.
